Director of Core Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Jack Henry SilerLake, Bannor, associated Jack Henry applications, and integrated solutions, as well as Finastra’s DecisionPro and MortgageBot.

• Oversee the implementation of Jack Henry’s Enterprise Workflow Solutions.

• Maintain essential parameters, product configurations, system settings, business rules, and operational configurations.

• Manage user security, access administration, and associated system controls in partnership with the IT department.

• Coordinate Silverlake releases, upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation tasks.

• Keep comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, modifications, testing, and ongoing administrative tasks.

• Lead the creation and development of loan and deposit products through system configuration, testing, and rollout.

• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure that customer experience goals are achievable within the Bank’s core systems.

• Direct core system data conversions and validations.

• Ensure that system administration practices align with Bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory standards.

• Assist with audit requests, examinations, compliance reviews, and operational control assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline; equivalent banking experience may be accepted.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in administering a core banking platform; 5+ years of experience with Jack Henry SilverLake administration is preferred.

• Previous experience in managing system implementations, upgrades, testing, and resolving issues.

• Preferred familiarity with Jack Henry applications.

• Preferred experience with Finastra products, including DecisionPro and Mortgagebot.
