Director of Conversion Rate Optimization, CRO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Full Ownership of Funnels: Assume total responsibility for conversion rates and revenue results across all digital interactions.

• Onboarding & In-App Enhancement: Design, test, and improve the onboarding process of the mobile application and the in-app purchase pathways.

• Web Funnel Strategy & Revamp: Spearhead the optimization and strategic overhaul of web acquisition funnels.

• Content Metering & Paywall Design: Manage the effectiveness and implementation of content paywalls.

• Rapid Experimentation: Create, initiate, and evaluate a series of A/B and multivariate tests.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to ensure impeccable tracking instrumentation.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Create dashboards to monitor essential subscription health indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO), growth marketing, or product-led growth (PLG).

• Highly analytical with a strong ability to interpret behavioral data.

• Proficient in SQL.

• In-depth knowledge of digital subscription mechanics and user psychology.

• Demonstrated capability to achieve results through collaborators you do not directly oversee.

• Skill in converting conversion data into clear, actionable technical specifications.
