• Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for our strategic partnerships.

• Enhance and grow Sparrow’s connections with essential brokers, consultants, and channel partners.

• Discover new opportunities and cultivate long-lasting partnerships.

• Drive market expansion to reinforce Sparrow’s status as the premier leave management solution for compassionate companies across the nation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the benefits or HR tech sectors.

• Previous experience collaborating directly with HR executives, brokers, and consultants.

• A demonstrated history of developing and scaling channel programs, fostering strong relationships, and driving strategic partnerships. Bonus points for experience in GTM enablement teams.
