This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Overseeing all facets of new construction, significant renovations, and development projects.

• Drafting and evaluating all general contractor contracts, payment applications, and change orders.

• Establishing standard operating procedures for construction activities.

• Collaborating and coordinating with senior leadership, construction experts, and all vendors.

• Requesting proposals from vendors and contractors, assessing them against company standards.

• Working closely with the development department and the on-site General Contractor.

• Formulating and managing RFPs for professional services and vendors provided by the Owner.

• Assisting in the development of bid estimates for total construction costs.

• Gathering bid packages for review, comparison, and quantification of bidding subcontractors.

• Engaging with and supporting design, construction, facilities, and operations teams.

• Establishing project processes and procedures through collaboration with in-house design teams, consultants, and contractors.

• Aiding in site assessments and building feasibility studies.

• Coordinating with local municipal and utility service providers.

• Reviewing lease agreements.

• Analyzing construction documents.

• Overseeing the construction budget, schedule, material procurement, and quality controls throughout the construction phase.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction proposals and bidding processes.

• Background in Restaurant General Contracting, Retail construction, or Restaurant construction is preferred but not mandatory.

• Hospitality experience is strongly preferred, although not required.

• An Associate's Degree in Architecture, Construction, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
