Director of Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for providing strategic leadership and direct oversight of the Compliance Department.

• Offers compliance insights and guidance to all internal CSD operational units.

• Designs and manages a comprehensive compliance and ethics program.

• Oversees the CSD Ethics Hotline and the compliance management system.

• Directs the internal auditing function and ensures compliance with established policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.

• 4-6 years of professional experience in managing contracts, policies, and procedures.

• 4 years of professional experience in a compliance officer capacity (PREFERRED).

• CCEP or another recognized professional compliance and ethics certification (PREFERRED).

• Proficiency in effective communication using American Sign Language (PREFERRED).
