Director of Community Supports

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the Community Supports teams with a visionary approach, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Promote a collaborative and high-performing culture within the Community Supports department.

• Formulate and execute strategies to effectively engage with diverse communities and markets.

• Evaluate market trends and competitor actions to uncover opportunities and challenges.

• Manage, track, and enhance all quality initiatives within Community Supports.

• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, including medical professionals, community organizations, and government bodies.

• Represent Titanium Healthcare at various community events, positioning the company as a reliable partner in healthcare services.

• Supervise the planning and execution of Community Supports activities, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and adherence to relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure a unified and integrated approach to all Community Supports initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, public health, social services, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in business development and at least 3+ years in healthcare administration.

• A distraction-free home workspace equipped with a secure internet connection.

• Strong knowledge of the CalAIM program and Community Supports resources.

• Experience in working with community resources and establishing strategic partnerships.

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, business acumen, and a data-driven mindset.

• Supervisory or managerial experience leading a team of direct reports.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
