This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Lead, recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing regional team to implement approved customer engagement strategies that fulfill business objectives.
• Take ownership of the customer portfolio and overall customer experience, ensuring the delivery of precise and reliable communications throughout all team interactions.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with senior leaders and industry influencers to enhance strategic engagement.
• Align account strategies with payer and managed-care considerations to optimize access and reimbursement approaches.
• Achieve regional business results and meet established P&L targets.
• Communicate and instill a customer-focused vision across large teams, inspiring employees at all levels towards shared objectives.
• Contribute to national strategies and tactics through active involvement in cross-functional teams.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
• Maximize business potential by leveraging interactions and interdependencies among payers, patients, and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Provide insights to establish annual financial goals for the designated customer base.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, business practices, and regulatory standards.
• BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or managed care within the pharmaceutical sector.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in building and managing customer relationships.
• Resident of the U.S. Central region with the capacity to travel up to 50%, including overnight trips within the assigned territory.
• Proven ability to develop regional strategic business plans, implement omnichannel strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve launch and growth objectives.
• Strong understanding of regional healthcare dynamics, including provider organizations, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), specialty pharmacies, and access/reimbursement considerations.
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams, with strengths in strategic agility, business acumen, decision-making quality, driving results, managerial courage, and team effectiveness.
