This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for generating commercial sales and revenue in California.
• Tasked with driving national account sales through established Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
• Cultivate and secure new commercial accounts, referrals, and relationships with key decision-makers.
• Charged with developing business relationships and exploring all commercial opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize Sourcing Events (RFIs, RFPs).
• Create and present sales proposals/presentations in a professional and effective manner.
• Oversee account management, including resolution of disputes and ensuring compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over three years of experience at a senior level.
• Background in the insurance, property management, and/or restoration sectors.
• Established contacts within one or more of our primary target areas.
• Specialized knowledge or certifications in the property and casualty industry and/or in mitigation, restoration, or construction fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Adobe, etc.).
• Capability to analyze, diffuse, and resolve problem situations.
• Strong customer service and presentation skills.
