This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assume complete responsibility for the ecommerce operations and facilitate a smooth transition.
β’ Evaluate the customer journey to pinpoint the most impactful conversion and Average Order Value (AOV) opportunities.
β’ Implement enhancements across checkout processes, merchandising, bundles, and upselling tactics to achieve measurable outcomes.
β’ Manage decisions related to merchandising, pricing, promotions, and product assortment.
β’ Develop a strategic roadmap focused on subscription growth, customer retention, and overall customer experience.
β’ Set up consistent reporting for Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and cohort analysis.
β’ Enhance top-of-funnel conversion rates through ongoing optimization efforts.
β’ Boost average order value while ensuring healthy conversion rates.
β’ Maintain a robust subscription attachment rate across eligible purchases.
β’ Establish a continuous experimentation and optimization initiative.
β’ Facilitate significant conversion improvements via mobile and checkout enhancements.
β’ Continue to elevate average order value without compromising conversion performance.
β’ Broaden subscription adoption and reinforce long-term customer retention.
β’ Over 7 years of ecommerce experience, including more than 3 years managing a Shopify storefront in a rapidly growing DTC business.
β’ A demonstrated history of scaling a DTC brand from initial traction to substantial revenue growth.
β’ Extensive knowledge in conversion rate optimization, with proven success in enhancing conversion rates, AOV, and revenue through testing, merchandising, pricing, and checkout improvements.
β’ Strong merchant instincts and experience in managing product catalogs, bundles, promotions, and pricing strategies.
β’ Direct ownership of the Shopify ecosystem, ecommerce technology stack, and commercial performance (P&L).
β’ Proven experience in growing subscription businesses by enhancing attach rates, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
β’ Experience in telehealth, over-the-counter (OTC), wellness, or other regulated consumer sectors is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with high-growth startup environments; experience with public companies is a plus.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship required).
