Director of Clinical Strategy – Travel Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build strategic and trusting relationships with healthcare leaders concerning KitCheck and KitCheck Anywhere best practices.

• Conduct live product demonstrations both virtually and in person.

• Work alongside the sales team to convey product value and automation processes to potential clients.

• Assist sales leaders in formulating business plans aimed at achieving revenue objectives.

• Engage with hospital personnel ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.

• Provide advisory support to clients, leveraging expertise in hospital pharmacy operations and patient safety practices.

• Collaborate with the product team to deliver customer insights and clinical input for the product roadmap.

• Work with marketing to create webinars and informative content.

• Stay informed on legislation, trends, regulations, and practices impacting nursing, pharmacy, supply chain, and healthcare.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed pharmacist with a minimum of 5+ years of management experience within a hospital environment.

• Extensive hands-on experience with KitCheck and/or RFID-based inventory management systems.

• Capability to conduct product demonstrations and address technical and clinical inquiries with little support.

• Proven track record of operating independently and leading multidisciplinary projects with minimal supervision.

• Direct experience in assessing and implementing technologies to enhance hospital processes.

• Strong understanding of pharmacy procurement, inventory management, and patient safety standards.

• Refined and confident presentation skills for both virtual and in-person settings.

• Ability to customize presentations and influence decision-making across various disciplines.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
