This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary owner of client success initiatives
• Directly oversee relationships with key strategic clients
• Lead discussions regarding upsells and contract renewals
• Proactively recognize at-risk clients and formulate retention strategies
• Supervise and manage the Client Services team
• Personally oversee team leads within the Client Services department
• Provide coaching and support to team members
• Create and manage processes for the Client Services team
• Monitor departmental KPIs on a weekly basis
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management within a marketing agency
• At least 2 years of experience in project or account management
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in people management
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities
• Proven track record in developing and executing client service processes

• Experience in a remote team environment
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
