Director of Client Relationships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Business Relationship with a Designated Portfolio of Large-Market Employer Clients

• Offer Consultative Advice to Assist Clients in Maximizing the Benefits of the EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)

• Collaborate with Client Plan Sponsor(s) to Create Tailored Engagement Strategies for EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)

• Assess and Enhance All Elements of Program Performance, Both Internally and Externally

• Cultivate and Sustain an Understanding of the Position of CuraLinc's Product Suite within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape

• Represent CuraLinc Healthcare during Client Presentations for Both Current and Prospective Clients

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of seven (7) years of B2B Account Management/Client Services Experience in Healthcare, Employee Benefits, or Insurance (EAP, Wellness/Wellbeing, Clinic, TPA, Carrier, Broker, PBM, Medical Management, Health Technology, etc.)

• Consistent Employment History

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA)

• Competence in the Microsoft Office Suite
