This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement the partner strategy for the Americas in alignment with TIS growth goals.
• Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with consulting firms, system integrators, treasury advisory firms, banking partners, ERP providers, and technology partners.
• Cultivate strong executive relationships within partner organizations and drive the development of long-term business strategies.
• Generate pipeline opportunities that are sourced or influenced by partners and assist in enterprise sales efforts.
• Create collaborative go-to-market initiatives, account plans, and marketing efforts with key partners.
• Develop scalable partner enablement programs, which include training, certification, and solution accreditation.
• Work closely with teams in Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, and Legal.
• Evaluate partner performance through business reviews, scorecards, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, alliances, or channel leadership.
• Proven track record in establishing partner ecosystems from the ground up.
• Experience collaborating with global system integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, Capgemini, or similar organizations.
• Strong connections within the treasury, ERP, finance transformation, banking, or enterprise software sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to generate enterprise revenue through partnerships.
• Experience leading executive negotiations and managing complex commercial contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise SaaS go-to-market strategies.
• Previous experience in high-growth software companies is highly desirable.
