Director of Business Systems – Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the systems that drive the business.

• Streamline workflows and remove manual processes through automation.

• Enhance team collaboration, communication, and information accessibility.

• Create dashboards and reports that assist leaders in making informed decisions.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to boost productivity.

• Oversee business systems projects from conception to implementation.

• Collaborate with leaders throughout the organization to address operational challenges.

• Guide and mentor a small technical team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience leading business systems, automation, or digital transformation projects.

• Demonstrated improvement of workflows across various departments.

• Developed reporting or operational visibility for leadership teams.

• Implemented automation or AI solutions that resulted in measurable business enhancements.

• Collaborated closely with executives to tackle business challenges—beyond just technical issues.

• Familiarity with some of the following is highly desirable: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, business intelligence and reporting platforms, workflow automation tools, AI productivity tools.
