This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the creation and execution of extensive talent acquisition strategies encompassing Sales, Account Management, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Supply, GTM Operations, Operations, Automation, Finance, and People.
• Deliver data-driven insights and reporting that motivate decision-making and behavioral changes to enhance hiring results.
• Collaborate with business and functional leaders on workforce planning, capacity models, role prioritization, and hiring roadmaps that align with company objectives.
• Guide leaders and hiring managers on market trends, compensation frameworks, candidate expectations, and recruitment practices across various business functions.
• Oversee and refine full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Establish, monitor, and report on hiring metrics such as time to fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, diversity objectives, and hiring efficiency to senior leadership.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and systems to accommodate scale and complexity across business teams.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters supporting GTM and business functions.
• Offer coaching, training, and development to enhance recruiting effectiveness, assessment quality, and candidate engagement.
• Enhance Engine’s employer brand within sales, growth, operations, finance, and people talent communities.
• Ensure a top-notch candidate experience through clear communication, structured feedback, and streamlined hiring processes.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and talent initiatives focused on business.
• Lead the strategic integration of AI and automation into daily recruiting workflows to boost efficiency, accuracy, and hiring quality.
• Assess the impact of AI-driven solutions on time to fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, recruiter productivity, and overall business outcomes.
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with increasing leadership responsibilities; business and GTM recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of hiring practices across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, People, and business operations functions.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling recruiting teams in high-growth settings.
• Strong data-driven approach with experience utilizing recruiting metrics and analytics to guide decisions.
• Exceptional coaching, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with modern ATS and recruiting technologies such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Metaview, Brighthire, Covey, and Gem.
