⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in business operations, deal desk, legal operations, or contract management with significant commercial accountability.

• A solid understanding of deal economics — including pricing, packaging, discounting, and revenue mechanics.

• A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal education, with keen instincts in commercial, corporate, and compliance issues.

• Familiarity with security certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP.

• Experience with financing or mergers and acquisitions transactions.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
