This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Cultivate revenue-generating partnerships with leading mobile OEMs, application providers, and mobile network operators worldwide.
• Advocate for and enhance innovation within our Mobile product portfolio, focusing on partner development and relationship management.
• Secure commercial agreements that contribute to the growth of both Swift and its partners.
• Act as the company's leader and advocate for establishing robust technical and commercial partnerships within the Mobile Ecosystem across the US, Europe, and Asia.
• Formulate a go-to-market strategy to identify and access the most pertinent use cases and stakeholders.
• Maintain precise forecasts for customer and partner growth as well as market segments, ensuring regular updates to internal product, engineering, and executive teams.
• Identify, engage, and finalize multi-year technical and commercial agreements with high-growth partners.
• Develop and consistently update concise partner engagement plans, favoring action and providing a clear pathway to mutual business success.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, Engineering, and Marketing to review partner strategies on a quarterly basis.
• Over 5 years of experience in business development or sales, boasting a successful history in highly technical software and services sectors within Telecommunications, IP, Silicon, Enterprise Software, or SaaS markets.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, capable of converting market insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated and verifiable success in closing revenue-generating contracts with strategic partners or clients in the silicon, IP, software, or SaaS sectors of the telecommunications/mobile industry.
• Proficient in developing, negotiating, and finalizing complex royalty, revenue share-based, or subscription agreements.
• Proven ability to work alongside marketing and product teams to create product launch plans in partnership, ensuring successful implementation with measurable outcomes.
• Capable of effectively representing Swift and its technologies to partners and clients, while understanding their issues, needs, and motivations.
• Proficient in conveying partner requirements to Swift and encouraging the company to fulfill these needs.
• Skilled at synthesizing diverse viewpoints, perspectives, and opinions through objective analysis to resolve issues, build consensus, and drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to present to various levels—executive, management, and engineering—both to partners and within Swift.
