This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives within the Western U.S. market.
• Identify, pursue, and assist in securing new opportunities across engineering, program management, construction management, inspection, and field services support.
• Foster and maintain relationships with utilities, municipalities, operators, EPC firms, industrial clients, and strategic partners.
• Assist in the development of proposals, teaming strategies, presentations, and contract pursuits.
• Collaborate with engineering, project delivery, and field services teams to ensure client needs align with E2's comprehensive range of capabilities.
• Monitor upcoming capital programs, infrastructure investments, and projects driven by regulatory requirements.
• Represent E2 at industry conferences, association events, and client meetings throughout the region.
• Enhance E2's presence in the Oil & Gas, utility, water/wastewater, and industrial infrastructure sectors.
• Maintain tracking of opportunity pipelines, forecasting, and updates to the CRM system.
• Support strategic partnerships and initiatives for regional expansion.
• Over 12 years of experience in business development and client management within the engineering, utilities, oil & gas, water, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong preference for existing relationships within utility, energy, water, municipal, or industrial infrastructure markets.
• Knowledge of engineering consulting, EPC delivery, utility capital programs, and the infrastructure lifecycle.
• Proven success in achieving business development goals and entering new markets.
• Established capability to craft successful RFI/SS/RFQ/RFP proposals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with stringent time constraints and deadlines.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in a fully remote setting, managing teams and projects across multiple geographic locations.
• Highly desirable experience in pursuits related to pipelines, compressor stations, facilities, transmission/distribution systems, treatment plants, or industrial infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
