This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee operations across a territory of 2-5 states.
• Arrange webinars and in-person meetings with potential clients to secure signed agreements.
• Travel to your designated region for 5 days each month.
• Establish and nurture relationships with hospital and practice administrators to understand their practice requirements and recruitment efforts.
• Maintain organization within the territory and ensure timely communication and follow-up.
• Deliver information effectively and respond to inquiries accurately through various platforms, including webinars and phone calls.
• Experience in Healthcare Business Development is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years in sales is preferred, encompassing Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales, and Cold Calling.
• Ability to quickly build rapport.
• An outgoing personality is essential.
• Capability to pursue and generate leads effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required.
• A college degree is preferred.
• A valid Driving License is necessary.
