📋 Description

• You will play a crucial role in our business development team, focusing on generating new business prospects.

• Responsible for identifying, structuring, and finalizing deals with large enterprise partners.

• You will navigate complex sales cycles by collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and brand teams.

• Your experience and consultative selling abilities will help you foster long-term relationships with both new and existing partners.

• You will implement effective sales strategies to position Hello Alice as a strategic partner that can engage and support SMBs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in B2B and/or Partnership Sales/Strategic Account Management.

• You are an entrepreneurial, passionate, and enthusiastic business development leader eager to join a rapidly growing Series C technology company.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to motivate and engage both internally and externally.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining quality opportunities and driving revenue.

• Capability to comprehend complex business landscapes, identify customer challenges, and convert needs into business opportunities.

• A strategic mindset with a strong commitment to achieving success.

• Experience in leveraging relationships at the C-level.

• You are empathetic and understand partnership needs, allowing you to effectively present Hello Alice's products and services.

• Proven success in cultivating mutually beneficial strategic partner relationships and alliances through consultative selling and sales strategy.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles from initiation to completion, with a history of successful outcomes.

• Experience in coordinating various business units to optimize sales opportunities.

• Highly driven, ambitious, and consistently pursuing excellence and success.

• Familiarity with various CRM platforms.

• Willingness to travel on a semi-regular basis.
