This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of and oversee client relationships throughout the entire process, from sourcing to managing the sales cycle, culminating in client activation and adoption.
• Engage with key clients to identify and address complex issues related to the platform.
• Collaborate with our relationship management team to design a strategy for managing existing client relationships.
• Discover and create new business opportunities, either independently or in collaboration with our marketing team.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and relationships through the use of CRM, and work alongside the data team to create and sustain internal reporting tools.
• Contribute to the formulation of product and functional strategies for Flourish.
• Be open to travel for sales presentations and conferences (up to 50% travel).
• Keep abreast of general trends in the financial sector, particularly in wealth management.
• Ensure strong communication with internal stakeholders at Flourish.
• Utilize significant judgment and analytical skills to reach recommendations and/or conclusions.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• A background in financial sales is essential, with a preference for experience in financial technology.
• Must possess a Series 7 license or be willing to obtain one within 60 days of starting the position.
• Experience working with Retirement Investment Advisors is preferred.
• Candidates must successfully complete a fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA. Additional regulatory screenings may be required for roles that necessitate registration, including a review of Form U5 disclosures and pertinent licensing information.
