This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Propel the growth of the hospital system.
• Establish and nurture relationships with hospital systems, IDNs, and GPOs to enhance CDL’s footprint in key markets.
• Acquire and develop accounts.
• Spot new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and boost utilization with current hospital partners.
• Oversee contracts and accounts.
• Manage agreements from negotiation through to implementation and continuous account oversight.
• Improve the customer experience.
• Fortify long-term partnerships by providing exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Collaborate across various functions.
• Work in tandem with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to support growth strategies and product development.
• Utilize market insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare sales.
• 3 to 5 years of experience selling to hospital systems, including exposure to IDNs and GPOs.
• Expertise in account management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate relationships and provide client-oriented solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, in addition to strong Microsoft Office capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 75 percent.
• Self-driven, organized, and adept at working independently in a remote setting.
