This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Propel the growth of Aramark Nexus’s workforce hospitality division.
• Discover, cultivate, and enhance new business prospects.
• Oversee the sales cycle from identifying prospects to formulating strategy, developing proposals, presenting to clients, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
• Foster relationships with senior decision-makers while comprehending client requirements.
• Create customized solutions for large workforce communities.
• Direct strategy for the competitive landscape, account sales, and territory expansion.
• Conduct research and analyze the goals and objectives of prospects and clients.
• Deliver engaging, client-focused presentations and facilitate two-way conversations.
• Secure support for tailored solutions and introduce relevant Aramark team members.
• Design customer-specific solutions and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Establish territory plans and a pipeline of target accounts.
• Investigate, identify, qualify, and target potential markets.
• Formulate access strategies to initiate connections.
• Supply market and competitive insights for corporate evaluations.
• Capitalize on territory opportunities to achieve growth outcomes.
• Oversee proposal development initiatives and navigate the internal approval process.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end strategic sales.
• Previous experience in hospitality services and/or operations is preferred.
• Sales leadership experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and sales capabilities.
• Consultative and customer-centric sales approach.
• Ability to forge alliances and influence both internal and external decision-makers without formal authority.
• Expertise in customer relationship management through innovative problem-solving and customer insight.
• Market familiarity within a mature service industry.
• Self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in contract management services.
• Operational knowledge, including pro forma development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including effective time and territory management.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Team-oriented selling mindset and leadership in a non-reporting structure.
• Proven ability to close deals.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more, including overnight stays.
