This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify, cultivate, and advance new business prospects within workforce hospitality markets.
• Oversee the sales process from identifying prospects to strategy formulation, proposal creation, client presentations, negotiations, and finalizing deals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers and potential clients.
• Conduct research and analyze the goals and objectives of prospects and clients.
• Create customized, client-specific solutions and innovative strategies.
• Deliver engaging, client-focused presentations and foster two-way communication.
• Secure collaborative support for personalized solutions.
• Direct competitive strategies for account sales and territory development.
• Align Aramark’s sales approach with the purchasing processes of prospects.

• At least 5 years of experience in high-end strategic sales.
• Previous experience in hospitality services and/or operations is preferred.
• Sales leadership experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to think strategically, plan effectively, and sell innovatively.
• A consultative, customer-focused selling philosophy.
• Skill in building alliances and influencing both internal and external decision-makers without formal authority.
• Expertise in customer relationship management through creative problem-solving and customer insights.
• Awareness of market trends within a mature service industry.
• Self-motivated with minimal direct supervision required.
• Previous experience in contract management services.
• Strong operational understanding, including pro forma development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, with effective time and territory management skills.
• Confident and sharp presentation abilities.
• Team-oriented selling approach and leadership skills in a non-reporting capacity.
• Proven ability to close deals.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more, including overnight stays.
