This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify, cultivate, and promote new business opportunities within workforce hospitality markets.
• Oversee the sales process from prospect identification to strategy formulation, proposal creation, client presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Establish relationships with senior decision-makers and create customized solutions for large-scale workforce communities.
• Direct the sales process and motivate team members without formal authority.
• Manage the development of proposals and facilitate the internal approval process.
• Conduct research and analyze the goals and objectives of prospects and clients.
• Present client-focused presentations while fostering two-way communication.
• Build outcome-oriented relationships with potential customers.
• Formulate competitive sales strategies for accounts and territories.
• Align Aramark’s selling methodology with the buying processes of prospects.
• Create customer-specific solutions and enhance sales tools and techniques.
• Actively network to cultivate relationships in target accounts.
• Develop territory plans and a pipeline of target accounts.
• Research, identify, qualify, and target market potential.
• Provide market and competitive insights for corporate analysis.
• Leverage territory opportunities to achieve anticipated results.
• Travel 50% or more, including overnight trips.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end strategic selling.
• Previous experience in hospitality services and/or operations is preferred.
• Sales leadership experience is preferred.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to think strategically, plan effectively, and sell successfully.
• Consultative and customer-centric selling approach.
• Capacity to build alliances and influence internal and external decision-makers without formal authority.
• Customer relationship management skills through innovative problem-solving and customer insight.
• Awareness of market trends in a mature service industry.
• Self-motivated individual requiring minimal direct supervision.
• Previous experience in contract management services.
• Operational understanding, including proficiency in pro forma development.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, encompassing time and territory management.
• Confident and polished presentation abilities.
• Team-oriented selling approach and leadership capabilities in a non-reporting environment.
• Proven ability to close deals.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more, including overnight travel.
