• Take charge of inventory planning and forecasting for approximately 8,000 SKUs.
• Create and uphold reorder point logic, safety stock levels, and targets for inventory turnover.
• Predict risks of stockouts and overstock situations over 30/60/90-day periods.
• Manage the lifecycle of SKUs, which includes new products, replacements, and phase-outs.
• Lead all purchasing strategies and execution in collaboration with publishers and suppliers.
• Standardize the cadence of purchase orders, lead times, reorder processes, and communication workflows.
• Act as the primary operational leader of the 3PL partnership with Productiv.
• Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) which include pick accuracy, shipping speed, and receiving accuracy.
• Ensure the operational integrity of the product catalog, pricing regulations, and category organization.
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory well-being, margin, fulfillment efficiency, and cash flow.
• A genuine passion for ministry and a commitment to serving the global church with biblically sound resources.
• Strong alignment with the Core Values of Westminster Bookstore.
• 7–10+ years of experience in eCommerce or retail operations.
• Proven track record of managing extensive catalogs consisting of thousands of SKUs.
• Experience in overseeing inventory planning, forecasting, and purchasing strategy.
• Background in managing 3PL or fulfillment partners.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret and present operational data effectively.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and leadership skills.
