Director of Auto Appraisals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the success of the Supplements team, driving both individual and organizational achievements.

• Suggest innovative workforce models and strategies aimed at reducing costs related to managing virtual supplements.

• Develop, execute, and oversee both manual and automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

• Leverage data to illustrate current and future planning while reporting on successes and opportunities.

• Utilize knowledge of industry best practices to design programs that enhance quality in claims handling for the supplements team, as well as services like repair management and field appraisals.

• Mentor and coach estimating managers, fostering collaboration and elevating overall departmental performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Supplements or repair, with a minimum of 4 years in a management role.

• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams.

• In-depth understanding of insurance principles and their application in appraisal decisions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle repair, parts costs, supplements classification, and fraud detection methods.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented, and results-driven environment.

• Strong desire to excel in a remote work setting abundant with advancement opportunities.

• Data-driven mindset – adept at using data to identify issues and potential solutions, consistently reporting findings.
