📋 Description

• Enhance the utilization of APP across network practices

• Create best-practice care models

• Assist in quality initiatives and promote the CVAUSA care model

• Act as a strategic APP leader and subject matter expert

• Establish APP compensation structures based on geography, role, and experience

• Background in healthcare operations or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Familiarity with APP roles and workflows in healthcare environments

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with both clinical and administrative teams
