This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the transformation from conventional reporting to innovative, product-centric data and analytics capabilities, which encompass data products, APIs, and embedded analytics.
• Manage scalable, cloud-based analytics environments, including data lakes, warehouses, semantic layers, and BI ecosystems.
• Promote the utilization of AI/ML, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to enhance physician productivity, coding quality, and revenue performance.
• Set standards for data modeling, pipeline design, performance optimization, and observability.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to create resilient data pipelines across EMR, billing, coding, and third-party systems.
• Influence enterprise data architecture, tooling, cloud strategy, and integration patterns.
• Ensure that data assets are trusted, governed, and well-documented.
• Advocate for modern development practices, including CI/CD, version control, and testing frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a diverse analytics team.
• Enhance team technical expertise in data modeling, SQL optimization, BI performance tuning, and data storytelling.
• Establish a technical leadership bench with tech leads and domain experts.
• Deliver executive dashboards, KPIs, and advanced analytics for leaders and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
• Develop analytics monitoring for AR performance, payer denials, physician productivity, coding accuracy, patient financial engagement, and payment behavior.
• Convert complex data into actionable insights and decision frameworks.
• Enable governed self-service analytics ecosystems.
• Collaborate with commercial and client teams to create unique analytics offerings.
• Provide insights on data integration strategy, technical feasibility, and analytics requirements during onboarding and contracting.
• Establish and enforce frameworks for data governance, quality, lineage, and stewardship.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and enterprise security standards.
• Promote consistency in metric definitions, semantic layers, and reporting standards.
• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare analytics or data platform roles.
• Strong background in physician group operations or healthcare technology.
• Demonstrated success in leading technically advanced analytics organizations and delivering scalable data solutions.
• Extensive expertise in data architecture, including warehouses, lakes, and semantic layers.
• Proficiency in SQL and performance optimization.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Expertise in data pipeline and ETL/ELT design.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data environments, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in healthcare analytics and predictive modeling.
• Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions and scalable data products.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
