This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the administration and daily management of Aimpoint Digital's enterprise AI platforms, which include ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, and future AI platform investments.
• Create and uphold governance standards for user provisioning, permissions, workspace configuration, model access, data controls, and security protocols.
• Track platform usage, licensing, adoption, and expenditures while enhancing cost efficiency and maximizing business value.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and AI leadership to develop scalable operating procedures for enterprise AI utilization.
• Formulate and refine a perspective on essential AI usage topics such as security, cost management, and governance.
• Act as the technical lead for client AI platform implementations, encompassing environment setup, configuration, governance workshops, training, and administrator enablement.
• Create reusable implementation playbooks, reference architectures, deployment checklists, and operational documentation.
• Assist delivery teams during enterprise AI implementations by providing platform expertise and operational support.
• Assess new enterprise AI platform capabilities, administrative features, APIs, integrations, and roadmap enhancements.
• Develop internal enablement programs that empower consultants to leverage enterprise AI platforms effectively and responsibly.
• Establish reporting and operational metrics related to adoption, usage, governance, security, platform health, and ROI.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, SaaS administration, AI platform operations, enterprise architecture, consulting, or similar technical leadership positions.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms, identity and access management, governance, licensing, and operational procedures.
• Proficient in ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise / Cowork / Code / Design, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Understanding of cost management factors associated with GenAI tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, security, compliance, model management, and responsible AI practices, with the ability to align GenAI tools with organizational security standards.
• Experience in supporting enterprise software implementations and client-facing enablement initiatives.
• Strong project management abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical platform concepts into actionable business guidance.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, automation, or scripting is preferred.
