This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design and execute AI-native workflows for image, video, copy, resizing, versioning, quality assurance, approvals, and deployment.
• Construct the complete pipeline from brief to prompt to asset to review to launch — beginning with your own contributions before scaling through others.
• Set standards for prompts, references, model selection, asset naming, storage, metadata, and quality control.
• Develop reusable templates, playbooks, and automations so brands can enhance output without needing to reconstruct the system each time.
• Educate internal teams to function within those systems instead of relying on sporadic heroics.
• Produce and oversee AI-generated creative that aligns with brand standards and stands alongside traditionally produced work.
• Advocate for photoreal, commercially viable output rather than obvious AI-generated artifacts.
• Create workflows for product imagery, concept development, lifestyle scenes, motion, and derivative asset generation across various channels.
• Make intentional decisions regarding the use of AI-only workflows, hybrid human-plus-AI workflows, or conventional production based on quality and brand risk.
• Establish systems that generate creative variations for testing across paid social, display, email, landing pages, and other growth channels.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and growth teams to align creative concepts with test design, campaign structure, naming, routing, and readouts.
• Enhance testing throughput without compromising learning quality.
• Create segmentation-aware creative workflows that customize concepts, formats, hooks, or offers for different audiences while adhering to legal, platform, and brand guidelines.
• Partner closely with growth, performance marketing, ecommerce, merchandising, brand, and leadership teams to identify and eliminate creative bottlenecks hindering growth.
• Transform emerging tools into practical operational advantages instead of merely following trends.
• Remain sufficiently hands-on to deliver initial successes while constructing infrastructure for others to utilize.
• Serve as both function owner and innovative builder: set the standard, create the system, and validate it through live work.
• 7+ years of experience in creative production, performance creative, design systems, automation, or AI-enabled content workflows.
• Clear demonstration of building comprehensive creative systems — not just sporadically using AI tools or conducting isolated experiments.
• Strong creative sensibility and quality benchmarks, particularly for imagery that should appear premium and commercially viable.
• Hands-on experience with generative image, video, and copy tools, including prompt design, reference management, iteration strategy, and quality assurance.
• Proven ability to transition from concept to implemented workflow, with evidence that the system enhanced output quality, throughput, cost, or testing speed.
• Experience in developing creative workflows that integrate with paid media testing, performance measurement, or experimentation systems.
• Capability to produce or guide photoreal creative output that reduces evident AI artifacts.
• Strong operational mindset: you can design systems, execute personally, and elevate the standard for others.
