Director of Affiliate Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Network and Program Officer to guide and enhance network-wide strategies.

• Transform the organization's vision and strategy into specific expectations, priorities, and measurable outcomes for Regional Directors and Affiliate Services personnel.

• Develop and implement scalable systems, frameworks, and operational models that promote consistency across different regions.

• Oversee execution throughout the Affiliate network, ensuring progress towards growth, performance, impact, and goals related to Accessibility, Belonging, and Community.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing Affiliate Services team, including Regional Directors and support staff, fostering a culture of growth and belonging.

• Spearhead complex, system-wide change initiatives within a diverse and autonomous Affiliate network.

• Ensure that Affiliates are faithfully implementing Family Promise’s core programs.

• Advocate for a culture of inclusion, belonging, and community-centered practices across the Affiliate network.

• Define the strategy for network engagement, training, and learning opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in nonprofit management, public administration, business administration, social work, or equivalent experience.

• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.

• Proven track record of successfully leading leaders and managing teams.

• Demonstrated experience in driving organizational or system-wide change initiatives.

• Strong expertise in nonprofit operations, finance, fundraising, and organizational performance.

• Solid political acumen and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to influence at all levels.

• Results-driven mindset with robust project and time management abilities.
