This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Direct the strategic expansion and implementation of Consigli’s Advanced Manufacturing division across all regions.
• Create and execute annual business and operational plans that align with corporate goals.
• Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in Advanced Manufacturing construction, technologies, and regulations.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities in Advanced Manufacturing, including renovations, expansions, and greenfield projects.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives, board members, and institutional clients.
• Collaborate with architects, OPMs, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure effective planning and execution.
• Represent Consigli at industry conferences, panels, and client-facing events.
• Work alongside Executive Leadership, Regional Directors, and Department Heads on strategic, performance, and growth initiatives.
• Strategically utilize Arch Energy to enhance value propositions for Advanced Manufacturing clients.
• Utilize Direct Buy capabilities to create added value and better support project needs.
• Provide region-specific strategies to grow Advanced Manufacturing, including comprehensive annual SWOT analyses.
• Build, mentor, and expand Advanced Manufacturing teams across all regional areas.
• Utilize Self Perform, Energy, and Technology capabilities to enhance value propositions.
• Keep track of market trends, technological advancements, sustainability practices, and the impact of AI on the built environment.
• Stay informed about trends affecting Advanced Manufacturing and train teams to become subject matter experts.
• Support marketing, business development, and proposal efforts to bolster the Advanced Manufacturing brand.
• Proven track record in business development, strategic advisory, or consulting within the construction, manufacturing, or technology domains.
• Demonstrated success in leading growth initiatives across various geographies.
• Experience in advising executive leadership and senior clients on complex projects.
• Public speaking, industry thought leadership, or published insights are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
