This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the clinical nutrition authority for the company with a focus on dysphagia, texture-modified diets, malnutrition, oral nutritional supplementation, and enteral nutrition support.
• Keep abreast of emerging clinical research, nutrition guidelines, and industry trends to ensure that the company's recommendations are grounded in evidence.
• Create and uphold clinical positioning for both existing and upcoming product lines.
• Assist with the regulatory and medical evaluation of nutrition-related claims and educational resources.
• Represent the organization at national conferences, advisory boards, client meetings, and educational events.
• Must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or a related discipline.
• Possess a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible clinical nutrition experience.
• Experience in dysphagia, long-term care, acute care, or clinical nutrition settings.
• Strong knowledge of IDDSI standards and texture-modified nutrition.
• Proven experience in developing professional education and training materials.
• Exceptional presentation and communication capabilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the time.
