Director, New Franchisee Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversees the onboarding, coaching, and transition process for new and incoming franchisees within The Goddard School network.

• Converts strategies, standards, and priorities into an actionable operating plan.

• Ensures that franchisees are equipped to operate effectively, uphold the Goddard brand, and are positioned for robust early enrollment and sustained success.

• Directs and nurtures the Onboarding Franchise Consultants, tracks progress during new school openings and ownership transitions, identifies potential risks, and drives prompt action and escalation.

• Recognizes gaps and communicates their implications on franchisee readiness.

• Elevates issues that necessitate action or decisions from relevant functional leaders.

• Plays an essential role in achieving successful openings, efficient transitions, and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for franchisees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 8+ years of advancing experience in franchising, multi-unit operations, education, or complex program management.

• Proven track record of leading field teams, managing multi-school programs, openings, transitions, and operational initiatives.

• Strong grasp of cross-functional operations, intricate timelines, and dependency management.

• Demonstrated ability to drive business results, influence senior stakeholders, and manage associated risks.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, coaching, and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in project management, reporting, and performance tracking tools.

• Travel required 70% of the time.
