This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development and strategic direction of the National account program.
• Formulate strategies and execute solutions for multi-site opportunities throughout the organization.
• Accelerate revenue generation, enhance productivity, and provide operational support to field leadership.
• Create a business case and support field leadership in the evaluation, strategy formulation, development, closure, and execution of large, complex multi-site opportunities.
• Identify and deliver at least 10 significant annual customer prospects, encompassing deal negotiation, resource allocation, and implementation.
• Assess business trends and emerging market segments to pinpoint product solution opportunities with key suppliers.
• Design and execute a streamlined major account process along with tailored training for DSMs.
• Recognize potential target customers and overall market opportunities in collaboration with Sales Effectiveness and Marketing.
• Establish procedures for the distribution, communication, and analysis of National Account performance metrics.
• Foster customer accountability through monthly review of key account metrics and supporting processes.
• Define requirements for a customer database that captures LOU information and customer profiles.
• Create both short- and long-term reporting and analysis tools for National Account transactions.
• Work closely with colleagues to develop an infrastructure for managing multi-site opportunities.
• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• A Master's Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales is required.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Capability to develop and execute strategies for customer segments and specific accounts.
• Strong general management abilities, encompassing process and financial management.
• Quick and independent comprehension of complex concepts.
• Relationship management strategy leveraging executive influence.
• The individual will be responsible for a territory primarily located in the Western half of the US.
• 50% travel is a requirement.
