This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide overall leadership and direction for the National account program.
• Establish contract strategies and execute organizational solutions for multi-site opportunities involving third-party contracts in the Integrated Facility Management and Hospitality sectors.
• Enhance revenue generation, improve productivity, and offer operational support to field leadership.
• Develop a business case for infrastructure that supports sales and sales leadership in multi-site opportunities.
• Determine requirements and create business cases for large, intricate multi-site opportunities.
• Collaborate with field leadership to successfully deliver at least 10 significant annual customer opportunities, which includes deal negotiation, resource allocation, and implementation.
• Examine business trends and emerging market segments to pinpoint product solution opportunities with key suppliers.
• Create and execute a streamlined major account process alongside customized training for DSMs.
• Identify target customers and overall market opportunities in conjunction with Sales Effectiveness and Marketing.
• Establish processes for the distribution, communication, and analysis of National Account performance.
• Promote customer accountability through monthly assessments of key account metrics and associated processes.
• Define requirements for a customer database that captures LOU information and customer profiles.
• Create both short- and long-term reporting and analysis tools.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A Master's Degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales.
• Previous management experience is essential.
• Capability to formulate and execute strategies for customer segments and specific accounts.
• Strong general management abilities, including process and financial management.
• Quick and independent grasp of complex concepts.
• Development of a relationship management plan that leverages executive influence.
• Responsibility for a territory primarily in the Western half of the United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
