This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.
• Accountable for developing and directing national sales and service operations to achieve or surpass designated revenue, bookings, and profitability objectives.
• Implements a unified sales growth strategy.
• Maintains strong customer relationships.
• Provides leadership that ensures consistent performance across all national accounts.
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment when addressing critical organizational matters.
• Possesses a superior understanding of the product lines offered, including pricing and negotiation tactics.
• Guides staff in promoting products, networking, and understanding competitor products and activities.
• Responsible for recruiting, retaining, evaluating, and enhancing the performance of sales leaders and their sales representatives.
• Oversees territory expansion initiatives.
• Develops and implements sales processes and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Engages in direct selling processes, identifies new customers, and manages sales channels.
• Aids in formulating and executing sales strategies while maintaining relationships with established customers.
• Holds profit and loss responsibilities, including sales forecasting, margin tracking, DSO control, and cost management.
• Requires extensive travel.
• Negotiates agreements and communicates effectively.
• Establishes relationships.

• Creates and maintains networks.
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in sales and management, demonstrating extensive sales expertise.
• Ability to comprehend and articulate technical and electrical-related systems.

• Must be a collaborative team player.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
