This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the field marketing strategy and calendar across various regions, which includes third-party conferences (such as RSA, Black Hat, Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit), industry roundtables, executive dinners, regional meetups, and Neo Security's flagship user/customer event.
• Develop and oversee the field marketing budget, distributing expenditures across sponsorships, owned events, and travel to optimize pipeline contribution and return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR leadership to ensure event and field programs align with territory plans, target account lists, and pipeline objectives.
• Create and implement account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and integrated regional campaigns in collaboration with Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors and sponsors, negotiating contracts and assessing conference ROI to guide future investments.
• Oversee all aspects of event logistics: venue selection, booth/space design, staffing, promotional materials, speaker sessions, and on-site execution.
• Establish and report on field marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline sourced/influenced, cost per meeting, cost per opportunity, event attendance, and conversion rates, presenting results to marketing and sales leadership.
• Build and lead a team of field marketers and/or event coordinators as the program expands, including the engagement of contractors and agencies during peak event seasons.
• Act as a representative of the marketing function at major industry events, which may occasionally involve public-facing or spokesperson responsibilities.
• Stay informed about the cybersecurity conference and analyst landscape to uncover new, high-value visibility opportunities.
• A minimum of 8 years in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head-of-function capacity.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably within the cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or another technical/enterprise IT sector.
• Demonstrated success in designing field programs that produce measurable pipeline results, with expertise in pipeline attribution and marketing ROI analysis.
• Practical experience managing large-scale industry conferences and sponsorships, including booth strategy, speaking opportunities, and executive briefings.
• Strong skills in budget management, encompassing vendor negotiations and cost/ROI tracking within a multi-hundred-thousand-dollar annual events budget.
• Experience working closely with Sales leadership and operating from a shared pipeline/revenue targets framework.
• Proficient in marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, a marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and event management/registration systems.
• Exceptional project management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple concurrent events and workstreams without losing track of details.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30-40%, including occasional evenings and weekends during major industry events.
