Director – Multiple Employer Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivating relationships across the organization to enhance the development of pooled plan solutions.

• Leading and participating in meetings with clients, brokers, advisors, TPAs, and consultants.

• Delivering training sessions to local field teams.

• Representing Voya at industry conferences to strengthen brand presence and reputation.

• Collaborating with the Marketing team to create promotional materials that support growth in this sector.

• Assisting with implementation and client service as required.

• Aiding in the onboarding process for new team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of successful sales and marketing experience in selling Retirement and preferably Multiple Employer products through brokers and consultants.

• In-depth product knowledge in the pooled plan sector, robust marketplace connections, and a willingness to travel.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• Possession of Series 6 and 63 licenses.

• A demonstrated history of sales achievements.
