Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Organize and facilitate partner engagements, both virtually and in-person, for network partners facing significant foundational challenges in supporting their core Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse range of MERL team members and internal experts from other global teams to design foundational programs and measurement strategies that assist partners in enhancing essential program elements and assessing their impact.

• Assist the Senior Director of MERL by actively engaging in team action reviews and coordinating ongoing strategy meetings and reflections.

• Participate in professional development activities focused on advanced monitoring, evaluation, and learning topics within global education contexts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3–6 years of experience, in fields such as Public Policy, Business Administration, Public Affairs, International Development Policy, Data Science, or another similarly demanding analytical discipline.

• Established consulting experience working directly with non-profit organizations, along with practical experience in designing, managing, or adapting a monitoring, evaluation, and learning system, preferably in an educational or global development environment.

• Professional experience in an educational, global development, or international NGO context.

• Full professional proficiency in English, coupled with exceptional proactive communication, technical writing, and interpersonal skills required to effectively navigate a diverse, global organization.

• Strong aptitude for analyzing complex data structures, establishing diagnostic processes, and synthesizing data trends.

• A proven commitment to the core values of Teach For All, with the ability to work inclusively across a variety of diverse global contexts.

• Fluency in French and/or Arabic is advantageous.

• Previous experience as a fellow or staff member within a Teach For All network partner is appreciated but not mandatory.
