Director – Molecular Science Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and lead a team of Molecular Science Liaisons.

• Responsible for conveying the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients.

• Provide medical and scientific education and support for the field organization.

• Deliver clinical data and educational materials at physician sites and/or conferences.

• Advocate for CMI to physician sites throughout the United States.

• Support and present at molecular tumor board meetings.

• Review and comprehend the scientific and technical literature.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology, or equivalent training and experience is required.

• Over 3 years of management experience.

• Previous experience in a commercial setting such as Pharmaceuticals or Commercial Lab space is a plus.

• Prior field experience collaborating with customers and/or sales organizations is an advantage.

• Ability to think creatively and propose new ideas or solutions to business challenges.

• Independence of thought and sound judgment in relation to business needs.

• Demonstrated commitment, self-motivation, and drive.

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and proficient use of the Internet for business purposes.
