This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee an efficient renewal process for members, ensuring renewals are tracked and implementing a continuous communication program to enhance retention.
• Assist in the creation and execution of membership initiatives; provide insightful analysis and recommendations regarding membership needs based on trends, patterns, and member satisfaction metrics to boost overall member satisfaction.
• Assess membership services from various sources (such as member inquiries and satisfaction surveys) and suggest improvements or enhancements to ensure members perceive strong value from the association.
• Collaborate with provincial managers to define regional value that enhances membership experience.
• Design member programs that cater to different modalities, career stages, and practice environments.
• Optimize membership categories and devise a marketing strategy that emphasizes value for each group, addressing their professional needs.
• Contribute to identifying marketing opportunities and strategies to elevate the Association’s national profile and grow membership.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at expanding revenue growth.
• Work alongside the Communications team to discover opportunities to enhance the visibility of CAMRT within the profession, media, and public forums.
• Engage with CAMRT’s cross-functional teams to promote membership benefits and programs through diverse communications and outreach efforts.
• Identify potential sources for new members by focusing on providing materials that highlight the advantages of membership to a broad range of stakeholders in the medical radiation fields.
• Proven ability to manage a team of professionals, offering guidance, coaching, and development.
• A demonstrated history of establishing a successful membership development program.
• Strong technical proficiency in database management, reporting, and analysis.
• Proven skills in marketing program development, creating targeted initiatives with specific measurable outcomes.
• A leadership style that encourages cross-collaboration and shared accountability for results.
• Capability to translate strategic goals into operational objectives, ensuring activities are aligned with adding value.
• Robust budget management skills, including oversight of revenue, expenses, and performance against KPIs.
• Excellent technical skills in CRM/AMS systems, database management, reporting, and analysis.
• A member-centric approach to developing programs.
• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience.
