This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Supervise all medical content to guarantee scientific precision.
β’ Collaborate with Creative, Account, and Planning teams to create medical content for both digital and print platforms.
β’ Recognize medical advancements and opportunities, applying disease-state expertise to promotional initiatives.
β’ Evaluate clinical data, conduct literature reviews, attend medical conferences, and carry out competitive assessments.
β’ Engage and educate colleagues, healthcare professionals, and clients, including medical, legal, and regulatory teams.
β’ Work with clients on EVERSANA INTOUCH points of view and recommendations.
β’ Ensure that medical communications and promotional materials align with marketing goals.
β’ Lead the development of clinically relevant promotional and KOL materials.
β’ Enhance medical literacy within agency teams and provide insights into disease states, clinical trials, treatments, and competitors.
β’ Oversee submissions for client medical/regulatory approval and integrate client and regulatory feedback.
β’ Exhibit a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ An M.D., Ph.D., or Pharm.D. is mandatory.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency or pharmaceutical setting focused on scientific communications, medical affairs, or medical education.
β’ A strong passion for science, medicine, and innovation.
β’ A proven history of effectively communicating medical advancements to various audiences.
β’ Capable of leading and executing content development, including data analysis, for intricate projects with limited supervision.
β’ Proficient in independently and accurately incorporating strategic concepts into projects and advising others.
β’ Familiarity with clinical practice.
β’ Skilled in conducting scientific literature searches.
β’ Able to interpret complex clinical data into engaging content.
β’ Excellent verbal, written, and organizational abilities.
β’ Proficient in insightful data analysis and proficient presentation skills.
β’ Capable of building strong client and team relationships.
β’ Possess a problem-solving and solution-driven mindset.
β’ Comfortable leading client discussions and advocating for work and viewpoints.
β’ Knowledgeable about FDA marketing regulations, AMA style, and digital best practices.
β’ Willingness to travel is essential.
