Director, Marketplace Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational framework of Wheel's telehealth marketplace.

• Manage the daily operations of the marketplace comprehensively.

• Direct a team that encompasses supply programs, marketplace operations, real-time monitoring, scheduling, and analytics.

• Collaborate closely with the Product team and the Customer Success team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in marketplace operations, with a minimum of 5+ years in leadership roles, including managing teams.

• Experience in building and scaling operations within top-tier supply/demand marketplaces such as Uber, Airbnb, DoorDash, Instacart, Lyft, Amazon, or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI and agentic tools to enhance complex operations.

• Proven skills in data analysis and modeling, including expertise in SQL and Excel.
