This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and oversee the strategy for seasonal and major campaigns, ensuring the brand’s storytelling and vision resonate throughout the year across essential channels.
• Coordinate execution at the venue level while collaborating with the marketing team to implement strategies across key channels such as social media and lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison with other departments to effectively highlight new features, games, and significant moments.
• Direct local marketing initiatives for Level99 venues, crafting playbooks, tools, and programs to enhance awareness and drive traffic within each market.
• Collaborate with Operations and venue leaders to ensure that marketing efforts are practical, aligned with the brand, data-driven, and connected to business objectives, while developing systems to track and scale successful strategies.
• Manage marketing and PR efforts for new venue openings, from pre-launch to post-opening momentum.
• Create repeatable opening playbooks that encompass market entry, partnerships, media strategies, influencers, community engagement, and launch programming.
• Partner with culinary, beverage, and craft collaborators to enhance restaurant and beverage relationships through marketing, storytelling, programming, and public relations.
• Assist with launches, campaigns, and local engagement related to restaurant concepts, menus, and other culinary initiatives.
• Supervise the menu rollout processes and support branded restaurant interactions in collaboration with the Food & Beverage team.
• Lead the PR strategy for the company, addressing venue announcements, openings, partnerships, launches, and other significant brand moments in conjunction with the VP of Marketing.
• Create messaging, media materials, and launch plans that help Level99 gain substantial coverage while remaining aligned with brand and business priorities.
• Identify and manage brand partnerships that enhance awareness, encourage trial, and build brand equity for Level99.
• Over 8 years of marketing experience, specializing in brand marketing, field marketing, local marketing, brand partnerships, PR, openings, and/or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in developing marketing programs for physical locations, ideally across multiple units or markets.
• Strong background in managing launch campaigns, openings, events, activations, partnerships, or public relations initiatives.
• Exceptional project management abilities, capable of leading multiple workstreams and ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with venue teams, executives, agency partners, media, and external stakeholders.
• Strong creative instincts with the capacity to identify ideas that will attract attention and foster local relevance.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable measuring performance and utilizing data to enhance future programming.
• Previous experience in multi-unit hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, retail, or consumer experiential brands is highly preferred.
