This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee all aspects of Made's marketing, including positioning, branding, website management, social media, and the narrative we present to the world.
• Identify the key element that excites creators and motivates them to change their routines.
• Implement a creator-centric, organic strategy: utilizing demos and tutorials for marketing, fostering content-driven growth, and establishing a genuine community presence.
• Assemble your team: starting with a content and social creator and a designer, expanding the team as you validate effective strategies.
• Collaborate closely with product positioning, onboarding processes, and the factors that enhance creator retention.
• A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience, demonstrating the ability to develop strategy and execute tasks independently.
• Familiarity with the creator economy: experience in a creator tool, platform, creator-commerce, or a brand focused on creators.
• A hands-on builder rather than just a delegator.
• Proven success in driving marketing initiatives from inception to execution at an early-stage company.
