This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Expand the use of AI across marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement AI-driven workflows that enhance campaign execution, content generation, and operational efficiency.
• Transform isolated AI experiments into scalable, repeatable systems that the team can operate independently.
• Assess the impact of AI initiatives on the pipeline and team productivity, scaling successful strategies.
• Guide a structured crawl-walk-run adoption model that includes the entire team.
• Integrate AI workflows throughout the marketing team with measurable efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with RevOps to enhance the technology stack, including tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, Cvent, Qualified, and Asana.
• Work alongside RevOps to establish and standardize lifecycle stages, attribution models, and shared success metrics.
• Ensure the marketing department's contribution to the pipeline is accurately measured and communicated.
• Manage marketing-specific system configurations, troubleshooting, and reporting tasks.
• Keep abreast of platform capabilities to maximize the value derived from existing tools.
• 7–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations or demand operations.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks, particularly Marketo and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing pipeline performance through systems, data, or automation.
• Experience in implementing AI or automation within actual marketing workflows, yielding measurable outcomes.
• Strong comprehension of demand generation, funnel mechanics, and revenue attribution.
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically while collaborating with teams across Marketing, BDR, Revenue Operations, and GTM.
• Proven experience in applying LLMs to real marketing scenarios.
• Proficient in prompt design and capable of structuring reusable workflows.
• Clear perspective on build versus buy decisions.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows with suitable human oversight.
• Familiarity with ON24, Cvent, Qualified, and Asana.
• Adopts a curiosity-driven growth mindset to identify opportunities and foster innovation within marketing systems and workflows.
