Director, Market Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Business results: Revenue generation, pipeline stability, customer success, and the commercial growth trajectory extending into the second year and beyond.

• Positioning and marketing: Crafting the category narrative, developing messaging, defining target segments, creating sales materials, pitch presentations, and customer-oriented content.

• Pricing and packaging: Establishing pilot pricing, scaling pricing strategies, and finalizing the model based on pilot data insights.

• Product partnership: Acting as the voice of the customer to the product team, influencing the product roadmap for the upcoming 12 to 24 months.

• Initial sales: Take the lead on the first three or more pilot projects personally.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Engage with teams across Product, Legal, Insights & Analytics, Marketing, and Commercial.

• General Manager-style ownership mentality.

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, legal, and compliance departments.
