πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Business results: Revenue generation, pipeline stability, customer success, and the commercial growth trajectory extending into the second year and beyond.

β€’ Positioning and marketing: Crafting the category narrative, developing messaging, defining target segments, creating sales materials, pitch presentations, and customer-oriented content.

β€’ Pricing and packaging: Establishing pilot pricing, scaling pricing strategies, and finalizing the model based on pilot data insights.

β€’ Product partnership: Acting as the voice of the customer to the product team, influencing the product roadmap for the upcoming 12 to 24 months.

β€’ Initial sales: Take the lead on the first three or more pilot projects personally.

β€’ Cross-functional collaboration: Engage with teams across Product, Legal, Insights & Analytics, Marketing, and Commercial.

β€’ Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector and a robust professional network.

β€’ Proficiency in positioning products for diverse buyers.

β€’ Capability to clearly articulate value propositions.

β€’ Proven experience in successfully launching new initiatives.

β€’ Strong commitment to follow-through, with an emphasis on execution over brainstorming.

β€’ Instincts for pricing and packaging strategies.

β€’ General Manager-style ownership mentality.

β€’ Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, legal, and compliance departments.
