This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for all facets of field sales execution, encompassing but not limited to:
• Oversee the development of market-specific Platinum Partner portfolios, ensuring that all associates maintain a complete portfolio.
• Direct strategic objective planning and collaboration with the division's Client Management Team.
• Actively supervise Team Leads and Sales Associates to ensure that established sales metrics are achieved by utilizing our CRM tool.
• Analyze weekly Sales Team performance and call data to verify goal attainment.
• Offer feedback and coaching to the Sales Team based on weekly reports.
• Engage proactively in the field and provide targeted feedback for team members on a quarterly basis through our Performance Management System.
• Select, orient, train, assign, coach, and counsel team members within your Market.
• Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Cultivate and uphold the company culture within your Sales Team.
• Establish and nurture relationships with client peers and Regional Sales Managers.
• Assess and ensure that sales resources are appropriately aligned with the business requirements, including distributor dedication and Platinum Partners.
• Manage and enhance local distribution relationships within the market.
• Review monthly mileage logs through Everlance.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership position, ideally within a similar industry.
• Experience in restaurant operations/sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing and leading a sales team, achieving exceptional results.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their effective application for sales management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to build rapport and influence others.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and sales events.
